We keep information about you when you apply for a grant or make an enquiry via email or telephone. We will only use this information for the purposes of assessing and managing your application.
We also keep information about you when you work for us as a third-party supplier/contractor or as a direct employee, whether permanent, temporary or as a work experience employee.
How do we process your information about you?
If a grant is offered, we will keep your details on our database. Electronic copies of Emails are retained for seven years, where we have made a grant offer, paper copies of all communications are retained for up to 10 years before being destroyed. Unsuccessful applications are deleted from our database, we only keep this information for the purposes of managing a grant offer. We never share this information with third parties.
